Kate Monahan

Kate is a 2019 graduate of SpaTech Westborough. After years of working as an administrative assistant, she realized that people should not just work to earn a living but to make a difference in people’s lives. Kate believes everyone should do what they love and are passionate about. After earning a degree in psychology, she decided that helping people heal was her true calling. She believes in taking a holistic approach to wellness and upon studying positive psychology, she learned that massage therapy, energy work and meditation can assist people in maintaining their physical, mental and emotional well-being.
